About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate and treat impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
  • Provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and complex orthopedic diagnoses
  • Develop and implement integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams
  • Deliver treatment in patients' homes and communities
  • Incorporate creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals and achieve durable outcomes
  • Build patients' skills across the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • State licensure
  • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
  • Ability to work in Pearland, TX, and surrounding areas
