Physical Therapist – PRN – Neuro

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide neurological rehabilitation for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses
- Evaluate and treat impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
- Create and implement integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide treatment one-on-one in patients' homes and communities
- Use creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals
- Build individualized programs suited to patients' specific issues across the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus
