About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with U.S. taxes and tax-filing procedures
  • Familiarity with U.S. corporate structures, especially LLCs and S Corps
  • Proficiency with online bookkeeping and payroll systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and manage conflict effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving customer problems
  • Confidence engaging with customers through email, phone, video, and text
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require sponsorship for a U.S. employment visa
