About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer and business outcomes for core product areas
- Work with AI engineers and subject matter experts to create AI-driven product experiences, including intelligent automation using LLMs and agentic systems
- Partner with operational teams to provide effective tools and workflows
- Identify opportunities where product automation and AI can unlock efficiencies
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to ship innovative experiences
- Analyze business and product performance to focus on high-leverage opportunities balancing long-term growth and immediate business needs
- Manage the roadmap and team processes to improve quality and execution velocity
- Make tradeoff decisions between business priorities and available resources
- Build effective partnerships across functions, product teams, and external partners
- Define impact measurement frameworks and metrics, understand core drivers, and monitor progress
- Lead critical foundational product areas and expansion into potential new product verticals
- Build a category-defining product function and embed AI into the core product surface layer
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-6+ years of product management experience
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle
- Strong domain expertise and foundational systems thinking or operations-adjacent expertise
- Understanding of day-to-day operational considerations and implications of execution
- Owner and driver mindset, biased toward action and getting things done
- Ability to find simple and elegant solutions to complex challenges
- High-quality bar for contributions
- Comfort and skill with ambiguity, using first-principles and structured thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Fluency with data
- Experience working on data-heavy or ML/AI products
- Intellectual curiosity and humility
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
