About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables meet client expectations
- Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, understanding needs and providing expert guidance
- Develop and conduct training sessions for client stakeholders
- Customize and configure software solutions to meet client needs while following best practices
- Identify and resolve implementation-related issues and challenges
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements
- Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to implement and deploy new products
- Complete at least three customer implementations from kickoff through go-live over two quarters
- Build understanding of the Collectly platform, implementation framework, tools, systems, and delivery methodology
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems
- Ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective communication with development teams
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within and across departments
- Adaptability and comfort with giving and receiving feedback
- Foundational understanding of revenue cycle management, including patient billing, collections workflows, and payer dynamics
- Experience implementing SaaS-based solutions, ideally in healthcare or revenue cycle management environments
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models, system integrations such as APIs and EHR/PM systems, data migration, and configuration best practices
