Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and improve AI voice and chat agents handling thousands of patient conversations daily
  • Work on real-time systems requiring low latency, high concurrency, and reliability
  • Develop AI-powered cost estimation algorithms using LLMs and statistical analysis of historical data
  • Analyze production data, identify patterns, form and test hypotheses, and improve accuracy

  • Own features end to end, from understanding business problems through implementation, production monitoring, and measuring results
  • Build metrics and dashboards to evaluate product performance and identify improvements
  • Make pragmatic engineering decisions balancing speed, correctness, and reliability
  • Challenge product ideas, propose better solutions, and defend decisions with data and business reasoning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong Python and PostgreSQL experience
  • Solid system design skills
  • Ability to make and explain architectural decisions
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL, and building metrics to support decisions
  • Experience using AI coding tools in daily workflow
