About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, and other channels
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other engagement tools
  • Evaluate and qualify target accounts, key stakeholders, industry trends, and business initiatives to develop outreach strategies
  • Conduct targeted email outreach to gather information on business requirements and technical needs
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between qualified prospects and account executives
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on account-based outreach campaigns and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain accurate prospect, opportunity, activity, and account records in the CRM
  • Use sales engagement and prospecting tools to improve productivity and outreach effectiveness
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to pipeline growth through activity and lead conversion
  • Nurture early-stage and recycled prospects and deliver well-qualified opportunities to Sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing operations, coordination, CRM support, or a similar systems-heavy role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, or another CRM preferred (but not required if highly tech-savvy)
  • Experience working with data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
  • Exposure to marketing or sales processes is a plus (internships count)
