About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, operational, and recurring roles within established hiring frameworks
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining predictable candidate flow and timely progress
- Conduct structured intake meetings to confirm role requirements, hiring timelines, and baseline selection criteria
- Build and maintain active, always-on talent pipelines using job boards, referrals, and sourcing tools
- Screen candidates for baseline qualifications and readiness
- Coordinate interviews and hiring steps with hiring managers
- Prevent delays, candidate drop-off, and process breakdowns
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate documentation, data integrity, and compliance in Workday and related recruiting systems
- Identify and escalate hiring delays, risks, and compliance concerns
- Complete required regulatory, compliance, and job-specific training
- Represent the organization professionally and protect the employer brand through a consistent candidate experience
- Demonstrate alignment with the Bank's culture, values, and vision
- Maintain knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulations
- May coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as a subject matter expert
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- H.S. Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2–5 years of recruiting or human resources experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume hiring environment required
- Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously required
- Knowledge of high-volume recruiting workflows and hiring processes
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions without losing candidates or momentum
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Structured candidate screening and interview coordination
- Consistent use of ATS and recruiting tools
- Ability to follow defined processes with discipline and accuracy
- Ability to execute hiring processes independently within defined parameters and established frameworks
- Ability to maintain predictable hiring flow in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Ability to identify and escalate issues before they disrupt hiring timelines or candidate experience
- Ability to deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience at scale
- Ability to thrive in execution-focused, process-driven work
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and follow-through
- AIRS/PHR/SPHR preferred
- Occasional travel required
- Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
- Compliance with applicable employment laws, banking regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Completion of required regulatory, compliance, and job-specific training
- Working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other applicable regulations
