About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical services at the Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon
  • Conduct client assessments and evaluations
  • Develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver clinically indicated outpatient therapy
  • Provide case management and skills training
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary network of medical providers, case managers, peer supports, and employment specialists
  • Deliver holistic, acuity-based behavioral health care
  • Participate in active team coordination to improve long-term patient outcomes
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and perform physical techniques as required
  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Current LCSW or LPC is strongly preferred
  • Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
  • Two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting is preferred
  • Must pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Ability to perform physical, hands-on crisis de-escalation maneuvers and techniques
  • Ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers
  • Ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
  • Maintain access to a compatible smartphone supporting the organization’s approved MFA application
