About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interpret the E&P drilling process
- Work as part of a high-performance operations team with customers to achieve well goals prior to and while drilling
- Perform multiple wellbore target changes across different projects accurately and on time
- Provide exceptional technical advice to clients on current and future projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience Geosteering is required
- B.S. or M.S. Geology or related field
- Prior knowledge of Star Steer software required
- A professional history of impeccable client communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during a high workload environment
- Aptitude to work in a team environment while accepting the accountability of your individual work conduct
- Capacity to perform multiple wellbore target changes on different projects in a timely manner while keeping your work accurate and on time
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills with an emphasis in Excel
- Complete understanding of well site drilling operations
- Experience and knowledge in multiple basins
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Open to mentoring and constructive criticism by peers
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and varying workloads
