About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assemble conveyor products and related components in the 3X built to order assembly area.
  • Gather, verify, and organize parts and materials required for production orders.
  • Perform assembly and production-related tasks using work orders and production paperwork.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products and complete production tasks.
  • Apply and verify product labels, documentation, and order information.
  • Perform product testing, visual inspections, and quality checks.
  • Assist with packaging, stacking, wrapping, and preparing completed products for shipping or crating.
  • Work with team leads and other departments to resolve material, assembly, or order-related issues.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment, including 5S tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to safely lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
  • 1+ year of assembly experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret production paperwork and work instructions.
  • Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment.
  • Ability to remain focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities to reflect changing business needs.
