About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create new customer accounts and maintain customer information
  • Enter customer master data into all ERP systems
  • Regularly review customer master data for consistency and accuracy
  • Coordinate with plant personnel, customer service, sales, and credit departments on credit and return requests
  • Enter CSCLs into the ERP system to define situations and document details
  • Handle incoming requests for access to the Customer Portal and Compass
  • Follow procedures and verify documents for audit purposes
  • Process returns, credits, and warranties
  • Learn the organization’s products, services, and policies through training programs
  • Meet KPIs for customer data processing and credit turnaround times
  • Monitor Outlook mailboxes and respond to inquiries within expected timelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • Associate’s degree from two year college or technical school preferred
  • 1-2+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt and multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively
  • Excellent time management skills
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge a plus
  • Focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with urgency
