About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete comprehensive training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and consultancy skills
- Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of ERP implementations
- Work on real projects with a diverse range of clients
- Tackle complex business challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and graduates across Europe
- Leverage AI and Dynamics 365 to optimise processes, enhance customer experiences and support business growth
- Develop expertise in a chosen business area and become a trusted industry advisor
- Build relationships and networks internally and externally
- Travel to client or company sites in the UK and abroad as required
- Progress from Associate Consultant toward Principal Consultant or Lead Solutions Architect
Requirements
What you’ll need- Newly or recently qualified graduate, or expecting to graduate
- Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent level qualification
- Self-starter able to drive own learning and development
- Flexibility to help deliver project success
- Interest in developing a consulting career in Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Trade and Logistics, Retail, Production or Manufacturing
- Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for a minimum of 12 months
- Proactive, confident and commercially astute
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, organisational, and oral/written communication skills
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad occasionally
- Ability to drive with access to a vehicle
- Must be willing to be Nottingham-based for the initial 12-month training period, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week
- Following the initial training, ability to base yourself anywhere in the UK, with travel to client or company sites as required
