About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the 2027 D365 Graduate Programme
- Receive extensive training on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborate virtually and in person with graduates and Accelerators from across Europe
- Attend consultancy skills training in Denmark or Sweden
- Work on real projects with diverse clients alongside training
- Tackle complex business challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultancy expertise throughout the ERP implementation project lifecycle
- Advise customers and develop trusted industry relationships
- Develop expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Trade and Logistics, Retail, Production, or Manufacturing
- Progress from Associate Consultant toward Principal Consultant or Lead Solutions Architect
Requirements
What you’ll need- Newly or qualified graduate
- Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent level qualification
- Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for a minimum of 12 months
- Willingness to be Nottingham based for the initial training period
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad occasionally
- Ability to drive with access to a vehicle
- Commercially focused, positive self-starter
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, organisational, and oral/written communication skills
- Proactive, confident, and commercially astute
- Interest in developing a consulting career in Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Trade and Logistics, Retail, Production, or Manufacturing
- Willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Flexibility to help deliver project success
