About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with customers to understand how they use Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Investigate Business Central issues
- Recommend practical solutions
- Support system changes and improvements
- Help customers solve problems and improve business processes
- Work with technical colleagues where needed
- Provide onsite consultancy when requested
- Travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required
- Attend team and client meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- A few years’ hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, in consultancy or as an experienced end user/super user
- Good understanding of how Business Central supports day-to-day business processes
- Confidence investigating problems and finding practical solutions
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Swedish language skills would be an advantage, but aren’t essential
