About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and implement research studies and evaluation projects
- Perform standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight
- Develop project materials and support dissemination
- Organize project materials, take meeting minutes, and maintain logs of compliance-related documents
- Contribute to analysis and reporting with minimal oversight, including quantitative and qualitative data and data visualization techniques
- Serve as task lead or project manager
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules
- Conduct and potentially lead data collection, including surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits, and focus groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA / BS in a related field
- Experience managing research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting
- Strong understanding of research and evaluation design and methods and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with qualitative analysis and reporting required
- Quantitative analysis and reporting experience preferred
- Experience with implementation and program evaluation preferred
- Demonstrated experience and skill in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications
- Familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and timelines
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines, and produce error free products
- Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external partners in a team environment
- Effective task management and coordination skills
