About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced healthcare consulting services across healthcare and community-based environments
  • Manage multiple concurrent client projects

  • Lead consulting projects and engagements with minimal oversight
  • Establish project charters, implementation plans, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Define project scope and objectives with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure appropriate resource utilization
  • Monitor project performance, analyze information, and provide status reports
  • Track assignments, milestones, deliverables, and project progress using project management tools
  • Coordinate project documentation, meeting materials, schedules, and reporting requirements
  • Provide guidance, specialized expertise, and mentorship to consulting team members
  • Lead and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to expand consulting services and strengthen client relationships
  • Represent Comagine Health at professional meetings, industry conferences, and healthcare events
  • Deliver presentations and participate in speaking engagements as a subject matter expert

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience may be substituted
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical care delivery, quality improvement, health system transformation, population health, care delivery redesign, public health, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience providing consulting services in the healthcare field
  • Advanced communication skills for engaging executives, clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders
  • Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced professionalism, integrity, and reliability
  • Advanced results orientation and demonstrated ability to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Advanced critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced self-management skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities and complex consulting engagements
  • No specific licensure or professional certification is required for this position
  • Candidates must reside outside the East Coast region of the United States
