About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end integration projects for Comarch ERP and POS solutions at client sites, particularly in the Retail sector
  • Define the roadmap and assign implementation tasks to partner integrators
  • Manage partner integrator execution and ensure overall project governance
  • Manage the schedule, budget, scope, and risks
  • Serve as the business and technical subject-matter expert for Retail ERP/POS solutions
  • Translate client requirements related to store operations, point-of-sale processes, and omnichannel commerce
  • Ensure compliance with the target architecture and Comarch standards
  • Verify the compliance of developments and configurations before delivery
  • Monitor and approve partner deliverables
  • Ensure the long-term sustainability and availability of deployed solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience with a software vendor, IT services company, or systems integrator
  • Experience managing and overseeing small-scale IT projects
  • Experience in techno-functional consulting
  • Experience in professional services, ideally
  • Experience in the Retail sector is a plus
  • Ability to manage projects from end to end
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and integrators, address deviations, and maintain project scope
  • Strong understanding of Retail business processes, including ERP, POS solutions, specialty retail, or mass-market retail
  • Previous development or strong development/integration expertise in a Java environment
  • Leadership, attention to detail, excellent listening skills, a strong customer-support mindset, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Occasional travel to client sites will be required
