About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead ERP/POS Retail solution integration projects end to end and ensure the successful delivery of services assigned to integration partners
Define the roadmap, commission implementation work, and oversee its execution
Manage overall project governance, including schedule, budget, scope, and risks
Deliver assigned projects, including setup, configuration, and implementation
Act as the business and technical subject-matter expert for Retail ERP/POS solutions
Translate customer requirements relating to store processes, point-of-sale operations, and omnichannel commerce
Ensure compliance with the target architecture and Comarch standards
Validate the compliance of developments and configurations before delivery to the customer
Ensure the long-term sustainability and availability of deployed solutions
Use artificial intelligence for impact analysis, specifications, configuration reviews, testing, documentation, and request handling
Identify automatable tasks and contribute to the industrialization of delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least two years of experience at a software vendor, IT services company, or systems integrator, managing or coordinating small IT projects and providing technical-functional consulting; experience in professional services is preferred
Experience in the retail sector is a plus
Autonomy and adaptability
Ability to manage a project from end to end, establish a framework for subcontractors/integration partners, resolve deviations, and maintain project scope
Strong understanding of retail business processes, ERP systems, POS solutions, specialty retail, or mass-market retail
Previous experience or a strong development/integration background in a Java environment
Leadership, attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and a collaborative approach to support and teamwork
Professional working proficiency in English
Frequent travel to customer sites, approximately 50% of the time
