Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure successful implementation and long-term availability of Comarch software
Manage integration projects while maintaining a strong technical-functional dimension
Manage overall project execution and guarantee proper execution of services by partner integrators
Ensure compliance with the Comarch standard
Track deliverables and provide expertise to end customers
Scope orders, manage implementation, and secure the entire value chain
Define project roadmaps
Place implementation orders with partner integrators and oversee execution
Manage project governance, including schedule, budget, scope, and risks
Execute assigned projects through parameterization, configuration, and implementation
Serve as business and technical reference for Retail ERP/POS solutions
Translate end-client needs involving store flux management, checkout processes, and omnichannel strategies
Ensure delivery teams adhere to target architecture
Validate partner developments and configurations before client delivery
Guarantee longevity and ongoing availability of deployed solutions
Integrate AI tools into impact analysis, specification drafting and review, configuration checks, testing, documentation, and request handling
Identify automatable project tasks and contribute to equipping the delivery team and future partners
Travel occasionally to client sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science
At least two years of experience managing small-scale IT projects, providing technical and functional consulting
Experience with a software vendor, IT services company, or systems integrator
Professional services background ideally
Retail sector experience is a plus
Ability to manage projects end-to-end
Ability to set guidelines for third-party contributors, subcontractors, and integrators
Ability to mitigate scope creep and enforce project boundaries
Solid understanding of Retail business processes, including ERP, POS checkout solutions, specialized retail, or mass retail
Prior experience or strong technical foundation in development/integration within a Java environment
Strong leadership, rigor, active listening, customer support orientation, and collaborative mindset
Autonomy and adaptability
