Define project roadmaps
Place implementation orders with partner integrators
Oversee partner execution and manage project governance, including schedule, budget, scope, and risks
Execute assigned projects, including parameterization, configuration, and implementation
Act as the business and technical reference for Retail ERP/POS solutions
Translate end-client needs involving store flux management, checkout processes, and omnichannel strategies
Ensure delivery teams adhere to target architecture
Validate partner developments and configurations before client delivery
Guarantee the longevity and ongoing availability of deployed solutions
Integrate AI tools into impact analysis, specification drafting and review, configuration checks, testing, documentation, and request handling
Identify automatable project tasks and help equip the delivery team and future partners
Travel frequently to client sites, approximately 50% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science
At least two years of experience managing small-scale IT projects and providing technical and functional consulting
Experience with a software vendor, IT services company, or systems integrator
Background in professional services ideally
Retail sector experience is a plus
Ability to manage projects end-to-end
Ability to set guidelines for third-party contributors, subcontractors, and integrators
Ability to mitigate scope creep and enforce project boundaries
Solid understanding of Retail business processes, ERP, POS checkout solutions, specialized retail, or mass retail
Prior experience or strong technical foundation in development/integration within a Java environment
Strong leadership, rigor, active listening, customer support orientation, and collaborative mindset
