About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build data collection tools, Excel models and dashboards from the ground up to track billing audit findings, error rates and trends
  • Consolidate audit results and present reports and insights to programs, executive leadership and compliance committees
  • Apply statistical sampling and data quality checks to audit findings
  • Work with Finance and Data Analytics teams to integrate data warehouses with the compliance team's work
  • Review billing documentation and support audits and investigations when needed
  • Research healthcare regulations and use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot to support analysis and process building

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior experience (around 6+ years) in data analysis and reporting, including building tools and processes from scratch
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool
  • Fluent English, with the ability to present findings to U.S. executives
  • Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
  • Ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, especially billing, claims, revenue cycle or compliance audits
  • Nice to have: familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations (Medicaid, CMS, HIPAA)
  • Nice to have: experience with EHR systems and reviewing narrative or clinical documentation
