About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support client assignments, transfers, referrals, and other clinic-related administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate client, staff, and operational information across internal systems and tracking tools
  • Follow up on pending requests and coordinate information between clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
  • Support referral and client follow-up activities, including communication and documentation
  • Assist with caseload transitions, staff changes, and other operational updates
  • Support attendance-related and discharge administrative workflows
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up with the appropriate teams
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is updated in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support for operational reports, audits, and process improvement activities
  • Participate in team meetings and support the implementation of operational processes and updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, clinic operations, scheduling, intake, referrals, care coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and electronic systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams
  • Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to identify issues, follow established processes, and seek support when needed
