About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end execution of client transactions, including M&A and capital-raising initiatives
  • Prepare financial analyses, transaction summaries, supporting documentation, and trading comparable multiples
  • Develop sell-side pitch materials highlighting strategic opportunities and value propositions
  • Prepare slides and assist senior team members with client-facing presentation materials
  • Conduct industry, market, and product research on current events, valuation trends, financial metrics, and competitive landscapes
  • Gather financial data, perform detailed analyses, and support execution of M&A deals, IPOs, private equity settlements, and other advisory services
  • Assist senior bankers with business development activities, background materials, and opportunity identification
  • Facilitate communication between clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Support timelines, deliverables, and high-quality outputs under tight deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, accounting, or valuation
  • Previous exposure to M&A transactions or relevant internship experience is highly preferred
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials
  • Familiarity with financial databases and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook) is a plus
  • Fluent/advanced English required (written and verbal)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective project and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset
  • CFA Level I candidate or higher (preferred but not required)
