About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track evolving regulatory compliance requirements, Dutch market legislation, and Ksa license obligations, ensuring seamless internal implementation
  • Investigate and assist with escalated customer complaints raised internally and draft formal replies for third-party dispute resolution bodies
  • Review, draft, and update internal compliance policies, terms and conditions, and operational procedures
  • Prepare regulatory reports for management and the Ksa
  • Assist with internal and external compliance audits, including maintaining data integrity
  • Advise Customer Support and Marketing teams on iGaming regulatory compliance, responsible gaming standards, and marketing guidelines
  • Prepare and deliver employee training sessions on regulatory frameworks and operational compliance policies
  • Collect data and compile regulatory reports for relevant authorities and supervisory bodies
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining ongoing recertifications for ISO27001 and other relevant Information Security Standards
  • Support general administration, compile regulatory metrics, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Dutch speaker with experience in regulated markets, including the Dutch regulated market
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical mindset capable of profiling risks, evaluating business impact, and implementing solutions that protect the operator’s license integrity
  • Proven track record of building effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the resilience to prioritise, manage tight regulatory deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Jira (considered a plus)
  • Familiarity with basic IT tools (considered a plus)
  • Keen interest in AI with a desire to take regulatory compliance to the next level
