About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and structure the quality and automation strategy for digital products, working across e-commerce, mobile applications, and marketplace integrations.
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing architecture for front-end, back-end, and mobile applications.
Contribute from the discovery and requirements analysis phases, ensuring quality from the outset of product development.
Integrate testing routines into CI/CD pipelines, strengthening the DevOps culture and continuous delivery practices.
Perform exploratory, load, and performance testing, mapping complex end-to-end scenarios.
Serve as the quality technical reference within the squad, mentoring the team and promoting a “Quality First” culture.
Track quality metrics and propose continuous improvements to software development lifecycle processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical experience working as a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) professional.
Expertise in creating test automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and APIs (Cypress, Appium, Selenium, RestAssured, Playwright, or similar tools).
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and version control tools (Git).
Hands-on experience with performance and load testing (JMeter, k6, etc.).
Knowledge of databases (SQL).
Analytical, proactive profile with excellent communication skills for collaborating with Developers, Product Managers, and Designers.
Preferred: Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or healthcare projects.
