About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Travel to projects across the country
  • Lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices
  • Install conduit, wire, and cable systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Install and terminate panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty circuits, equipment, or systems
  • Supervise teams of 5-10
  • Diversify electrical skills through training in low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation
  • Support electrical contracting projects for manufacturing, industrial, process, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare, distribution, commercial, and institutional facilities
  • Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
  • Master Electrician License preferred
  • Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems
  • OSHA10 preferred but not required
  • Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required
  • Experience supervising a team of 5-10
