About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct feasibility studies for Small Extension Projects (PEX), assessing market potential, demand, and return on investment using the Investment Analysis Tool (FAE)
  • Conduct project reapproval analyses following changes to scope, investments, assumptions, or budget, assessing financial impacts
  • Request financial studies (EVT) and consolidate economic, commercial, and operational information
  • Maintain management controls for the PEX approval and reapproval portfolio, monitoring status, deadlines, outstanding items, and approvals
  • Support the standardization, continuous improvement, and documentation of the department’s processes
  • Serve as the focal point for the teams involved in approval and reapproval processes
  • Deliver training and guidance to third-party personnel and partner teams on approval processes, tools, and workflows
  • Comply with legislation, regulations, quality management requirements, environmental requirements, compliance standards, the anti-bribery management system, and occupational health and safety standards
  • Perform other duties inherent to the position, according to qualifications, knowledge, and experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience preparing and monitoring KPIs, management controls, and performance reports
  • Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and financial mathematics
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization
