Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and monitor strategic and operational projects for the Operations Directorate
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, action plans, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Support business areas in defining scope, identifying needs, and monitoring initiative execution
  • Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities, proposing actions to ensure expected results
  • Consolidate information and prepare executive materials for leadership review
  • Facilitate communication among different areas, fostering alignment between stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support the implementation of process improvements, innovation, and operational transformation
  • Contribute to the development of solutions that increase efficiency, simplify processes, and generate value for customers and the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in project management and monitoring
  • Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Analytical skills for data processing and interpretation
  • Experience working with KPIs
  • Experience in PMO, portfolio management, or program management is a plus
  • Experience with operational transformation, process, or technology projects is a plus
  • Knowledge of data analysis and KPI-tracking tools is a plus
  • Experience in infrastructure, energy, utilities, or operations environments is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a plus
