  • Plan the department’s activities, allocate and prioritize tasks, set timelines, and monitor deadlines
  • Propose policies, awareness-building initiatives, and diversity programs while tracking the company’s scorecard targets
  • Plan and deliver internal communications to promote the company’s culture and corporate strategy
  • Manage vendors, communication channels, and the corporate calendar
  • Coordinate corporate events and internal marketing initiatives
  • Implement employer branding strategies across digital media, career fairs, events, and ambassador programs
  • Foster and monitor employee affinity groups and employer brand ambassadors
  • Develop the team through training, knowledge sharing, feedback, and development plans
  • Oversee people management decisions involving timekeeping, hiring, terminations, vacation, overtime, and promotions
  • Promote the company’s mission, vision, values, and work philosophy
  • Contribute to management reports, performance tracking, and decision-making
  • Monitor targets and action plans to improve processes and results
  • Contribute to the department’s operating budget and control expenses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization courses
  • Experience in related activities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems used in the field (preferred)
  • Diversity literacy
  • Employer brand management
  • Communication, influence, problem-solving, planning, organization, agile thinking, creativity, and a sense of urgency
