About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop highly complex, advanced Data Science solutions by defining analytical methods, techniques, and approaches aligned with business challenges.
- Conduct exploratory analyses and advanced statistical studies to identify patterns, generate insights, and uncover value-creation opportunities.
- Build, validate, optimize, and enhance statistical, predictive, and Machine Learning models.
- Design experiments and success metrics to evaluate results and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with technology, engineering, and business teams to transform analytical solutions into scalable operational capabilities.
- Monitor model performance in production and ensure effectiveness over time.
- Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations, connecting technical results to business objectives.
- Solve challenging analytical problems by anticipating risks and proposing solutions for strategic initiatives.
- Promote best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement of Data Science processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for model development and data analysis.
- Experience with MLOps, Databricks, Azure, and deploying models to production.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and Data Storytelling.
