Lead IT projects from conception through successful go-live
Monitor budgets, quality, and timelines
Systematically manage teams using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Translate technical and business requirements into epics and user stories
Foster collaboration between clients and development teams
Identify risks at an early stage and initiate countermeasures
Communicate transparently with all stakeholders
Facilitate strategy and requirements workshops
Document requirements precisely
Monitor project progress and conduct reviews and retrospectives
Continuously optimize processes
Deliver training on agile methods, project management techniques, and IT consulting best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, (technical) Business Administration, Digital Business, or a comparable field
At least 3 years of experience in IT project management or requirements management
Experience with agile methods and successfully delivered complex projects
In-depth knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management expertise
Structured and independent working style
Strong communication and consulting skills when working with clients
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Unrestricted willingness to travel throughout Germany
Proficiency in Office 365, Jira, and Confluence
Willingness to learn new project management tools and software environments
Ideally, certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), agile practices (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist), or IT service management (e.g., ITIL)
