Key responsibilities & impact

Use Excel to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and spot cost-saving opportunities
Support cost tracking, reporting, and documentation activities
Help build and improve processes for auditing and reconciliation
Assist in managing projects by organizing tasks, keeping things on track, and meeting deadlines
Work with other teams to gather information, ensure accuracy, and solve problems
Create reports and dashboards to summarize findings for leadership
Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis)
1–3 years of experience in an analytical, financial, operations, or business support role
Interest in process improvement and project management; prior exposure is a plus, but a willingness to learn is even more important
Strong attention to detail and organization
Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
