Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to translate user needs into product experiences
Plan and execute short- and long-term roadmaps balancing user impact, technical quality, and delivery speed
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and improve tooling and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Next.js expertise
Experience with monorepos using Yarn Workspaces or Nx
Tailwind CSS expertise
5+ years of professional software development experience
5+ years with React and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Router
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and TypeScript
Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y) best practices
Experience with modern build tooling and package managers, including Vite, esbuild, and Yarn
Experience with server-side rendering and Next.js
Working knowledge of Node.js
Familiarity with Git workflows and agile methodologies
3+ years working with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with Storybook
