About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services
- Conduct system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, and training
- Work closely with Project Managers to map out and complete project deliverables according to project requirements
- Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on escalated incidents
- Address escalations from other departments
- Embrace innovative approaches to product and services implementation strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role with an understanding of the fundamentals of training and implementation processes
- Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude and a sense of vision and purpose
- Desire to learn new things and evolve in competencies in different areas
- Proven track record for problem solving and multitasking
- Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, colleagues, and prospects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills
- Patience, flexibility, and ability to effectively problem solve under pressure
- Strong sense of integrity and trust
- Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus
- A valid Driver’s License is required
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
