About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Exoware’s production environment from the ground up
- Automate deployment, scaling, upgrades, and recovery
- Build CI/CD, monitoring, telemetry, and operational tooling
- Design for data safety, availability, and security
- Work across Kubernetes, ECS, cloud services, and related infrastructure
- Write software that improves how Exoware is deployed and operated
- Feed production insights back into the underlying software
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building production infrastructure for real systems at meaningful scale
- Experience with greenfield production infrastructure
- Experience with distributed or stateful systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and orchestration
- Experience with Kubernetes, ECS, or similar systems
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation
- Experience with observability, reliability, and recovery
- Experience with networking, storage, or systems software
- Comfortable writing code, making architectural decisions, and creating production environments
