About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, edit, and publish concise, brand-aligned messaging across email, Slack, Confluence, and digital signage
- Coordinate internal communication submissions with cross-functional leads in Safety, Facilities, IT, and People Operations
- Advise on, review, and schedule internal communications
- Organize, reformat, and refine presentation slide decks
- Coordinate All-Hands meeting logistics, presenter schedules, slide decks, and audience Q&A tools
- Support live meeting setup in Devens with AV/IT teams
- Manage Q&A platforms and draft post-meeting recap emails and summaries
- Administer employee recognition program logistics and communications
- Maintain the internal communications editorial calendar
- Project manage targeted internal communications campaigns
- Report to the Head of Internal Communications
- Support day-to-day internal communications during a team member's leave
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or marketing operations
- Ability to work in person at the Devens, MA campus
- Strong writing, proofreading, and line-editing skills
- Ability to turn raw information into clear, easy-to-read employee communications
- Strong visual eye for presentation design, layout formatting, and brand consistency
- Google Slides proficiency
- Comfortable using generative AI tools in daily workflows
- Ability to take direction from the Head of Internal Communications
- Ability to manage tight daily deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Ability to perform extended activities such as stooping, climbing, typing, standing, and sitting
- Willingness to travel or work required nights, weekends, or on-call regularly
- Dedication to safety when working around hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, and cryogenics
- Compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws
