About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous property management experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience with accounts payable and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Excel, Office, Outlook, and ability to learn new software quickly
  • High-speed internet and ability to work remotely in a dedicated home office
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Only candidates residing in East Chattanooga, Tennessee or the immediate surrounding areas will be considered
