Requirements

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of HOA or community management experience
  • Must reside in the Florida Panhandle
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing single-family HOA communities (preferred)
  • Experience working directly with HOA boards (preferred)
  • Sales, marketing, or business development experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HOA management software such as Vantaca (preferred)
  • Interest in helping grow a company’s presence in a new market (preferred)
  • Tools/software: Vantaca, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, BambooHR, Canva, RingCentral, South Data
