About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Design and lead leadership development, succession planning, career development, and performance management programs
- Build AI workforce capability through AI literacy programs, role-based learning pathways, and adoption initiatives
- Assess workforce capability gaps and implement scalable learning solutions
- Oversee onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing programs
- Use workforce data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with senior leaders to align talent and development initiatives with business needs
- Lead the Learning & Development function, including team management, budgets, vendors, learning platforms, and external partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, organizational development, or human resources
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing programs, teams, and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Proven experience in leadership development, succession planning, organizational learning, and workforce development
- Experience leading organizational transformation, culture change, or capability-building initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in AI adoption, digital transformation, automation, chatbots, analytics, or machine learning within HR or business environments
- Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, talent management, and leadership development
- Skilled in workforce analytics, change management, project management, coaching, and stakeholder influence
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and learning technologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive partnership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Adult Learning, Education, or related discipline preferred
