About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer the prospect and donor engagement events program
  • Support increasing fundraising goals for the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Foundation and Cottage Health’s other affiliated philanthropic foundations
  • Strategize with Advancement leadership and development officers
  • Develop, plan, execute, and evaluate donor events and engagement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of 8 years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in Event Planning may be substituted for a degree
  • Minimum: Class C California Driver License
  • Proficient with Event Technology products and services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong marketing skills
  • Minimum: Five (5) years of experience in event planning
