About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in designing products and deciding what to build and why
Follow engineering best practices, including accompanying nearly every pull request with tests
Build and deploy features end-to-end
Own key product metrics, such as customer actions within the app
Scale products to support 100,000+ customers
Become an owner of one or two high-level outcomes, such as reducing support tickets, increasing app usage and growth, or improving phone service availability
Participate in code reviews and feedback sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of software engineering experience
Particular focus on usability, front-end, product design, and information architecture
Well-versed across the stack, including TypeScript, Python and/or Go
Experience with React and Next.js
Native or close-to-native English skills
Startup experience is necessary
Collaborative approach and ability to work with multiple teams
Openness to learning new domains or technologies
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
