Key responsibilities & impact

Design the best product for customers and actively contribute to decisions about what to build and why
Follow engineering best practices, including accompanying nearly every pull request with tests
Build and deploy features end-to-end
Make a significant impact on company goals and product development
Own key product metrics, such as the percentage of customers taking specified actions within the app
Participate in thoughtful code reviews and feedback sessions
Help scale the product to support 100,000+ customers
Grow into ownership of one or two high-level outcomes, such as reducing support tickets, increasing app usage and growth, or improving phone service availability

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of engineering experience
Experience across the stack with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and Go
Experience with React and Python/Django
Collaborative and comfortable working with multiple teams
Native or close-to-native English skills
Results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Startup experience is necessary
Passion for learning and willingness to become well-versed in new domains or technologies
Ability to build and deploy features end-to-end
Experience writing tests and following engineering best practices
