About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data to identify customers’ most important and impactful multi-step tasks to automate
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to seamlessly integrate solutions
Coordinate training to ensure effective use of solutions
Build and deliver demos and present results to strategic audiences
Distill field learnings to help shape the future vision of H’s products and platform
Help customers identify appropriate AI agents to automate and optimize tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of selling and implementing complex IT solutions to customers
A double curriculum in Business and Engineering school would be ideal
Technical experience working with AI/ML systems would be appreciated
Fluency in at least one backend language, such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java, in addition to English
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bias for action—able to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle of solutions
Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements
Role is currently in the US, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Austin
Expected to travel up to 50% of the time
