Key responsibilities & impact

Dig into data to understand and identify the customer's most important and impactful multi-step task to automate
Serve as the go-to person for the customer
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to seamlessly integrate solutions
Coordinate trainings to ensure best usage of the solution
Build and deliver demos and present results to strategic audiences
Help customers automate and optimize tasks using autonomous AI agents
Distill field learnings to shape the future vision of H Company's platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of selling and implementing complex IT solutions to customers
A double curriculum in Business and Engineering school would be ideal
Technical experience working with AI/ML systems would be appreciated
Fluency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java) in addition to English
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bias for action—able to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle of solutions
Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements
Expected to travel up to 50% of the time
Role is currently in the US, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Austin
