About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of GLS program and performance data
- Coordinate data collection and reporting activities to support SAMHSA requirements, including SPARS reporting
- Partner with the GLS Project Director and program staff to evaluate program goals, outcomes, and identified disparities
- Develop clear, professional evaluation reports and support required grant reporting
- Use surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other evaluation methods to gather feedback from clients and stakeholders
- Develop tools to evaluate community training and other program activities
- Communicate findings, outcomes, and recommendations to internal teams, leadership, community partners, and SAMHSA
- Translate evaluation findings into opportunities for program and process improvement
- Support additional data coordination activities within the crisis department
- Protect the confidentiality and security of collected information in accordance with HIPAA requirements
- Participate in occasional in-state travel and minimal out-of-state travel for required conferences and learning opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, or research-oriented field required
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and/or reporting process and outcome data is required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required
- Experience in grant management preferred
- A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Missouri residency required
- Ability to protect confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements
