About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules
- Map AS IS and TO BE processes using BPMN and Camunda
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process automation
- Analyze integrations and technical specifications based on REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, events, and Kafka
- Read payloads, define integration contracts, and review specifications with architects and developers
- Query, validate, and analyze data in Oracle and MongoDB databases
- Support the definition and evolution of solutions for financial products
- Manage the demand backlog, contributing to refinement, planning, and prioritization activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies using Scrum and Kanban
- Produce functional and technical documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Ensure alignment between business areas and technical teams throughout the entire demand lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules
- Knowledge of AS IS and TO BE process modeling using BPMN
- Experience with Camunda or process automation and orchestration tools
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
- Experience with event-driven integrations and Kafka
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases
- Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in projects related to financial products, onboarding, security, fraud prevention, risk, or compliance
- Preferred: experience in financial institutions, credit unions, or fintechs
- Preferred: knowledge of integration architecture and microservices
- Preferred: experience with digital journeys for customers or members
- Preferred: experience with digital transformation and process automation initiatives
