About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and evolve scalable, secure data architectures.
  • Develop and maintain data ingestion, integration, processing, and delivery pipelines.
  • Build and maintain Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and analytics environments.
  • Ensure data quality, traceability, security, and governance.
  • Integrate data from different corporate systems, applications, and sources.
  • Support the definition of data architecture standards, best practices, and strategies.
  • Optimize data storage, transformation, and consumption processes.
  • Partner with business, analytics, BI, data science, and technology teams to enable data-driven solutions.
  • Serve as a technical reference for data initiatives and provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in the definition, implementation, and evolution of modern cloud data platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience in Data Engineering and data solution architecture.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and systems integration.
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience processing and transforming large volumes of data.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and security.
  • Experience with Data Lake and Data Warehouse environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms and services.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business functions.
  • Databricks certifications or training.
  • Experience with SAP Datasphere.
  • Experience with Cognite.
  • Experience with Dataiku.
  • Knowledge of Python for data engineering and automation.
  • Experience with modern data and analytics architectures.
  • Experience in technical leadership or coordination of data teams.
  • Knowledge of DataOps, Git, and agile methodologies.
  • Candidates must answer whether they hold a completed degree in an IT-related field.
