About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and promote the client's Technology Operating Model
- Maintain, equip, and operate the Operating Model Chapter
- Integrate and maintain the end-to-end Digital Product Development flow
- Maintain the integrated workflow across Jira, Tech Store (IDP), and the ITSM platform
- Map and define team taxonomies based on Spotify and Team Topologies
- Support the implementation of Team Design and management rituals
- Support the implementation of an engineering workflow based on DevSecOps
- Work with the GMO structure on gap analyses and upskilling/reskilling plans
- Support the communication and institutionalization of the operating model
- Support the communication of flow, quality, and effort metrics
- Improve the workflow in collaboration with teams responsible for development lifecycle tools
- Serve as the point of contact for questions and guidance during the operating model rollout
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in digital, technology, or organizational transformation programs
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Practical knowledge of implementing team-level and scaled agility practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Practical knowledge of Team Design based on Spotify and Team Topologies
- Experience implementing enablement teams and integrating them with engineering teams
- Practical knowledge of adopting DevSecOps practices
- Practical knowledge of implementing Lean Portfolio Management and OKRs
- Practical knowledge of integrating work management tools (Jira, GitHub, and ServiceNow)
- Practical knowledge of implementing metrics and governance for product-oriented and agile structures
- Experience institutionalizing decentralized and collaborative processes
- Experience with transformation success metrics for operating and digital models
- Experience with traditional project management is a plus
- Experience in Technology Governance and the adoption/incorporation of Artificial Intelligence is a strong plus
