About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, publish, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
Create and optimize data models for analysis and visualization
Develop queries and analytical routines using SQL
Develop advanced measures and calculations with DAX
Work with Data Lake architectures, organizing and consuming data from multiple sources
Use cloud services for data storage and processing
Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of information
Translate business needs into clear analyses and metrics
Support clinical and administrative teams with data-driven insights
Work within agile methodologies, participating in Scrum ceremonies
Apply FinOps concepts in the context of data and cloud environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Experience with Power BI
Strong command of SQL
Hands-on experience with DAX
Knowledge of data architecture and Data Lakes
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence in Vila Butantã, São Paulo, SP
Preferred: experience using AI and LLMs in day-to-day work and dashboard development
Preferred: experience with healthcare-sector data, such as clinical, hospital, health insurance provider, and care-delivery metrics
Preferred: knowledge of Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, or Google Cloud Storage
Preferred: experience with ETL/ELT processes
Preferred: familiarity with data governance, Brazil’s LGPD, and information security
